Relevant Legislature

From the Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 41, Chapter 4.1, Article 5, Section 41-855:
“41-855. State flower.
The pure white waxy flower of the cereus giganteus (giant cactus) or Saguaro shall be the state flower.”

From the Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 41, Chapter 4.1, Article 5, Section 41-856:
“41-856. State tree
The Palo Verde (genera cercidium) shall be the state tree.”
